Accountant

**Job Title: Accountant (Construction Industry)** **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Joining:** Immediate Joiner **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have **strong accounting experience in the UAE construction industry.** **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of accounting experience in the UAE**. * Mandatory experience in the **Construction Industry**. * Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and financial reporting. * Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and general ledger entries. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Must be available for immediate joining.** **Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records. * Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. * Handle supplier payments and customer collections. * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. * Assist with VAT filing and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing activities. * Maintain accurate records of project-related costs and expenses. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **construction project accounting**. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements and are available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply with their updated CV.
