Accountant

**Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our disposable packaging products manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoicing, monitoring receivables/payables, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions. * Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers. * Monitor inventory-related accounting entries and coordinate with stores/production departments. * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. * Prepare VAT filings and support tax compliance requirements. * Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements when required. * Generate MIS reports, expense analysis, and financial summaries for management. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. * Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for invoice verification and payment processing. * Track manufacturing costs, raw material expenses, and production-related financial data. * Assist management in budgeting and cost control activities. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. * 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry. * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools. * Familiarity with VAT/Corporate TAX regulations and compliance procedures. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in manufacturing cost accounting. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Understanding of inventory and stock accounting processes. * ERP system experience is an advantage. **Work Location** Um Al Quwain Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
