Accountant / Inventory Controller (Used Computer Trading) – UAE Applicants Only **Location:** Sharjah Industrial Area 6, UAE **Industry:** Used IT Hardware / Wholesale **Employment Type:** Full-time **Benefits:** Company accommodation and meals provided We are a growing company in the **used IT hardware trading industry** and are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented **Accountant / Inventory Controller** to join our team in **Sharjah Industrial Area 6**. **IMPORTANT: Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered. Applications from outside the UAE will not be reviewed.** Key Responsibilities * Daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks * Accounts payable and accounts receivable management * Invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and reconciliation * VAT-related accounting support and documentation * Cost calculations, margin analysis, and pricing support * Inventory accounting and stock reconciliation * Goods receiving verification and inventory documentation * Warehouse stock control and inventory management * Matching physical stock with accounting and inventory records * Monthly financial reporting support * Expense tracking and cost control * Advanced Excel reporting, analysis, and data management * Coordination between finance, warehouse, and sales teams * Documentation handling for used IT hardware transactions Requirements * Must currently be based in the UAE (**mandatory**) * Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience * Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting * Experience in inventory-based businesses, trading, wholesale, or distribution preferred * Strong Microsoft Excel skills (**mandatory**) including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting * Experience with accounting software such as **Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar systems** * Basic knowledge of UAE VAT/accounting compliance * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Experience with inventory reconciliation and warehouse documentation is an advantage * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities * Good English communication skills * Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus Additional Note This is a hands-on role combining accounting, inventory control, and operational coordination. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
