Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and **experienced Accountant** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries. * Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). * Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Assist in payroll processing and WPS-related activities. * Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports. * Monitor cash flow and company expenses. * Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements. * Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. * Support management with budgeting and financial analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance. * Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards. * Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books,, ERP systems, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Experience in the Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry.** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * UAE labor law benefits. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may send their updated CV to **[email protected]** with the subject line :**Application for Accountant** Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
