**Dream Design Real Estate Broker LLC – UAE** Accountant Dream Design Real Estate LLC UAE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and taxation requirements. Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management * Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and collections * Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers * Maintain proper VAT records and accounting documentation * Post accounting entries and reconcile accounts 2. Compliance & Taxation * Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax returns * Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations * Maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures * Knowledge of GPSSA Portal and related compliance procedures 3. Payroll & Financial Reporting * Process monthly payroll while maintaining confidentiality * Support month-end and year-end closing procedures * Assist in preparing financial reports and statements 4. Real Estate & Developer Relations * Coordinate with real estate developers and related parties * Handle registration procedures and documentation * Maintain records related to property transactions and commissions RequirementsEducation * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry Skills * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and payroll procedures * Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel * Good communication skills in English * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Benefits * 3500( Negotiable during the interview based on experience and knowledge) * Employment Visa * Medical Insurance * Annual Air Ticket (2 rounds) * Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law Location Dubai We are looking for a dedicated professional who can contribute to the company’s growth while maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
