Accountant

Senior Accountant – Healthcare / Medical Center Location: Dubai, UAE Trusta Medical Center is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our growing team. We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with previous accounting experience in the UAE healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must have strong financial reporting skills, a solid understanding of UAE taxation and compliance requirements, and the ability to manage the financial operations of a busy medical center. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE * Previous experience in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility is highly preferred * Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations * Experience with payroll processing and employee compensation management * Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel * Strong analytical and reporting skills * High level of integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) Responsibilities: * Manage daily accounting and financial operations of the medical center * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow * Prepare detailed financial and performance reports for each doctor and department * Track treatment costs, medical consumables, inventory usage, and operational expenses * Analyze doctor performance, revenue generation, and treatment profitability * Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities * Monitor budgets and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency * Maintain complete confidentiality of all financial and business information What We Offer: * Competitive salary package * Professional and supportive work environment * Long-term career growth opportunities * Opportunity to play a key role in the financial success and expansion of a premium medical center Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
