Accountant

Position: Accountant Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports. * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Process invoices, payments, and receipts. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and company policies. * Prepare and submit VAT returns on time. * Monitor cash flow and expenses. * Assist with internal and external audits. * Maintain payroll records and coordinate salary processing if required. * Keep all financial documents organized and confidential. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role. * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, ERP systems). * Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and analytical skills. * Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage.
