Accountant

**Job Summary:** Responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, VAT compliance, payroll, and supporting overall financial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain books of accounts, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations * Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements * Handle UAE VAT calculations and VAT return submissions * Process payroll through WPS and manage EOSB * Monitor expenses, budgets, and project costs * Track project costs and expenses. * Assist in cost analysis and profitability reports. * Coordinate with project managers on budgets and variations. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * 5+ years experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or engineering preferred * Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel **Employment Type:** Full-time **Benefits:** * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Employment visa provided * Annual leave and public holidays * Professional and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What's your notice period? * What's your Current salary? * What's your expected salary?
