We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our beauty clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring VAT compliance, and handling transactions through **ClinicSoft 9.0** clinic management software. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, high integrity, and experience in healthcare or beauty clinic environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management * Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses. * Reconcile bank statements and clinic transactions. 2. VAT & Tax Compliance * Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with local tax regulations. * Ensure accurate VAT calculation on services and retail products. * Maintain VAT documentation and records for audit purposes. * Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure compliance. 3. ClinicSoft 9.0 System Management * Record daily transactions through ClinicSoft 9.0. * Reconcile system reports with accounting records. * Generate financial and operational reports from ClinicSoft. * Coordinate with front desk and management to ensure correct billing and data entry. 4. Payroll & Administrative Support * Process staff payroll and commission calculations. * Track staff incentives and service-based earnings. * Support budgeting and financial planning activities. * Assist in inventory cost tracking and supplier payments. 5. Audit & Compliance * Prepare documents for internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. * Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee data. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 1–5 years of accounting experience (clinic or healthcare sector preferred). * Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and tax reporting. * Experience using **ClinicSoft 9.0** (mandatory). * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * High level of integrity and attention to detail. Preferred Skills * Experience in beauty clinics, medical centers, or healthcare facilities. * Knowledge of inventory and retail product accounting. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
