**Job Title:** Accountant (Female)
**Location:** Al Qouz Ind. third - Al Quoz - Dubai

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the full accounting function for a luxury bridal boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and daily financial management. This role requires strong experience in Dubai-based accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
End-to-End Accounting:
Handle full accounting cycle from data entry to final financial reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with UAE standards.
**Financial Reporting:**
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Support preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expense tracking.
**Daily Accounting Operations:**
Manage cash handling and petty cash maintenance.
Encode and process invoices accurately in the accounting system.
Maintain supplier and customer account records.
Track receivables and payables.
**Banking & Compliance:**
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records.
Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
Support internal and external audits.
**Other Responsibilities:**
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
**Qualification & Skills:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE.
· Proven experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Experience in retail, fashion, or boutique industry.
· Knowledge of inventory-based accounting systems.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
