Accountant

**About 10X Digital** 10X Digital is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our operations and finance team. **Role Overview** The Accountant will work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day financial activities, invoicing, collections, payments, and financial records. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and follow-up skills for client recoveries. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time * Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections/recoveries * Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records * Process vendor payments and expense reimbursements * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts * Coordinate with operations team on billing, project costing, and payment status * Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and receipts * Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow tracking * Support management with financial data when required **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of accounting experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Good knowledge of basic accounting principles * Experience handling invoicing, receivables, and payment follow-ups * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software * Strong communication skills (especially for payment follow-ups) * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented * Ability to coordinate with internal teams efficiently Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your expected monthly salary (AED)? * What is your current visa status in the UAE? * How many years of accounting experience do you have? * Nationality (as per passport): (For UAE workforce diversity compliance — kept strictly confidential.) * Gender: (As per UAE workforce diversity standards.)
