Easy Home Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage all financial transactions, from fixed-asset ledgers to payroll and tax compliance, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and accurately.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Financial Reporting:** Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* **Accounts Payable/Receivable:** Manage outgoing payments to suppliers and track incoming revenue from patients and corporate partners.
* **Payroll Processing:** Coordinate monthly payroll for medical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS.
* **Bank Reconciliation:** Conduct regular audits of bank statements and internal ledgers.
* **Tax Compliance:** Handle VAT registrations, filings, and ensure all financial practices adhere to UAE regulations.
* **Budgeting:** Assist management in budget preparation and expense tracking to optimize operational costs.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (Experience within the **Healthcare sector** in the UAE is highly preferred).
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
* **VAT Knowledge:** Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and filing procedures.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical thinking, high level of integrity, and excellent communication skills.
* **Location:** Must be based in Dubai or willing to commute.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
