Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Accountant cum Administrator** to manage the company's accounting and administrative functions. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support compliance with UAE regulations, and handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations. As a newly established company, the current volume of financial transactions is low, making this an ideal opportunity for a proactive professional who can effectively manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities. Candidates must be available for **immediate joining**. Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities * Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. * Perform bank reconciliations and ledger account reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements. * Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and basic financial analysis. * Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. * Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. * Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and internal controls as the business grows. Administrative Responsibilities * Manage general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Handle correspondence, filing systems, document management, and record keeping. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven accounting experience within the UAE. * Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, or similar platforms. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, accounting principles, and corporate compliance requirements. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and handle both accounting and administrative responsibilities efficiently. * Immediate availability is preferred. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
