Accountant cum HR/Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with HR/Payroll experience and expertise in UAE HR policies, payroll management, and financial accounting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT regulations, corporate tax compliance, and be proficient in TallyPrime software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting. * Assist in payroll processing, WPS compliance, and other HR-related accounting tasks. * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies, including leave management, employee benefits, and contract preparation. * Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and visa processing coordination. * Address staff queries regarding their salary, providing clear explanations of salary calculations and deductions. * Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required. * Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in Accounting. * Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and labor laws**. * Proficiency in **TallyPrime software** is a must. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Good communication skills in English.
