**Job Brief:** We are seeking a reliable and organized Accountant Cum Personal Assistant to join our Client team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge along with strong administrative and coordination skills. This role will support the Finance Manager with daily accounting activities while also managing appointments, schedules, and general office coordination. **Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Accounting & Finance Support:** * Assist the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting and financial operations. * Prepare and maintain accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation. * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. * Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing. * Monitor expense reports and maintain accurate financial records. * Reconcile bank statements and support monthly financial reporting. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and finance-related matters. **Personal Assistant / Administrative Support:** * Manage the Finance Manager’s calendar, meetings, and appointments. * Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings. * Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. * Prepare reports, letters, and office documents when required. * Organize filing systems and maintain confidential records. * Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office administration. * Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management. **Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of accounting/administration experience in UAE or GCC preferred. * Good knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing. * Experience using Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Good communication skills inEnglish. * **Tagalog speaking is mandatory / preferred.** * Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. * Good attention to detail and time management skills. **Job Location: Dubai, UAE** **Type of Employment: Permanent / Full Time** **Salary: Up to AED 4,000/month** Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently based in UAE? * Do you have experience in accounting and payroll processing? * Have you supported senior management as a Personal Assistant before? * Are you comfortable handling appointments and administrative coordination? * Are you fluent in Tagalog and English? * What is your current visa status and notice period?
