Aiwibi is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **9:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Saturday: **Half Day** Sunday: **Off** **Key Responsibilities:** Manage daily accounting entries and financial records. Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Prepare basic financial reports and summaries. Handle petty cash and expense records. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payments. Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents. Assist management with any finance-related tasks. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Previous accounting experience will be preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
