Accountant - For Somaliland East Africa

**Job Description – Experienced Accountant For Somaliland East Africa** **Industry:** Production / Manufacturing Industry We are looking for a qualified and **Experienced** **Accountant** for our production/manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, experience in manufacturing operations, inventory control, product costing, and financial reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle and record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. * Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are followed in line with manufacturing industry standards. * Perform reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts on regular basis. * Reconcile inter-branch accounts and ensure balances are accurate and updated. * Monitor and control inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials. * Coordinate frequently with warehouse in-charge to reconcile physical warehouse stock with system inventory balances. * Monitor daily production activities and dispatch of finished goods to customers. * Prepare daily production reports, sales reports, and inventory movement reports for management review. * Perform product costing and analyze production cost variances. * Assist management in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial analysis. * Ensure timely month-end closing and reconciliations. * Maintain strong internal controls over inventory and financial transactions. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production industry accounting. * Strong knowledge of production accounting, inventory management, and product costing. * Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting. * Experience in ERP/accounting software (Focus ERP) is preferred. * Strong reconciliation and analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills with warehouse, production, and management teams. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. **Key Skills** * Production Accounting * Inventory Control * Product Costing * Reconciliation * ERP Systems * Financial Analysis * Attention to Detail * Team Coordination Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Are you willing to relocate to SOMALILAND East Africa? * Age?
