**Job Title: Accountant –** **Accountant (Odoo ERP)** **Location:** [Umm Al Quwain/Sharjah] **Work Schedule:** Saturday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Department:** Finance & Accounting **Reports To:** Accounting Supervisor / Finance Manager **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting transactions, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update accurate financial records and accounting entries * Manage **accounts receivable**, including issuing invoices and following up on payments * Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies * Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper documentation * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions * Prepare basic financial reports and assist the finance team when required * Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments * Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents **Requirements:** **Education & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * **Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply** * Strong knowledge of **accounts receivable and invoicing processes** * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Experience with accounting software is a plus * **Knowledge of Odoo is a plus** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Good communication skills * philippine candidates are preferred **Skills:** * Proficient in Odoo and Microsoft Excel. * Strong understanding of accounting principles related to AR. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Working Conditions:** * Full-time, office-based position. * Standard work hours: **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, **Saturday through Thursday**. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * odoo: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
