Accountant – Real Estate

Our success is driven by market expertise, client satisfaction, and professional excellence.* **About the Role** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in real estate operations, including property-related transactions and financial management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and manage financial records for real estate projects and properties * Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closing entries * Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tenant invoicing and collections * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow * Track property income, expenses, and profitability * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations * Support audits and tax filings related to real estate activities * Maintain accurate documentation for leases, contracts, and transactions **Requirements:** * Minimum **2+ years of accounting experience** * At least **1 year of practical experience in a real-world accounting role** (real estate experience preferred) * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting * Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of real estate accounting processes is an advantage * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **What We Provide:** * Competitive salary package based on experience * Career growth opportunities within the real estate sector * Supportive and professional work environment * Training and skill development opportunities * Annual leave and public holidays as per company policy Apply directly on Indeed or send your CV to **[email protected]** **Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
