Accountant (Retail Store & E-Commerce Operations)

**About the Role** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Accountant** to manage both **retail shop accounting and e-commerce financial operations**. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling daily bookkeeping, online sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, and financial reporting across multiple platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting for retail shop operations * Handle e-commerce accounting (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.) * Reconcile online sales, payments, and commissions * Maintain accurate inventory and cost of goods tracking * Prepare monthly financial reports and P&L statements * Manage VAT records and compliance (UAE regulations) * Handle supplier payments and receivables * Work closely with operations and sales teams * Ensure proper bookkeeping using accounting software **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 2–5 years of accounting experience (retail or e-commerce preferred) * Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books preferred) * Experience with UAE VAT filing is a plus * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify) is highly preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines **Preferred Skills** * E-commerce reconciliation experience * Inventory and stock accounting knowledge * Analytical and reporting skills * Ability to work independently **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Growth opportunity in a fast-growing business * Exposure to retail + e-commerce operations * Friendly and professional working environment **How to Apply** Please send your CV to: **[email protected]** Subject line: **Accountant Application – Retail & E-Commerce** Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
