We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant & Transaction Coordinator to join our growing conveyancing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong accounting knowledge with practical experience in Dubai real estate transactions. As a **small and dynamic team**, we are looking for someone who is hands-on, trustworthy, organized, and willing to take ownership of both financial and transaction support functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Accounting & Finance**
* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
* Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
* Process client payments, receipts, supplier payments, and banking transactions.
* Generate and manage payment links and monitor collections.
* Prepare management reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
* Monitor company cash flow and support budgeting activities.
* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors.
**Tax & Compliance**
* Prepare and submit VAT returns.
* Support Corporate Tax compliance and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain financial controls and internal procedures.
**Real Estate Transactions & Conveyancing Support**
* Support property sale and purchase transactions from initiation to completion.
* Review transaction-related documentation and financial records.
* Coordinate with clients, brokers, banks, developers, trustee offices, and government authorities.
* Track transaction payments, settlements, and completion milestones.
* Assist with mortgage settlements, NOCs, developer-related payments, and transfer procedures.
* Support preparation and verification of completion statements and transaction reconciliations.
* Ensure all transaction records are maintained accurately and securely.
**Banking & Payments**
* Liaise with banks regarding transfers, settlements, account matters, and transaction support.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing payments related to property transactions.
* Assist with client fund management and payment tracking.
* Ensure timely processing of all financial obligations.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
* Professional accounting qualification or certification is preferred.
* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
* Experience within real estate, conveyancing, brokerage, property management, legal support, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Understanding of Dubai real estate transaction processes is a significant advantage.
* Experience dealing with banks, mortgage settlements, payment gateways, and transaction-related payments.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
* Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Preferred Experience**
Candidates with practical exposure to any of the following will be given preference:
* Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes.
* Trustee office procedures.
* Property transfer transactions.
* Mortgage settlements and bank coordination.
* Developer payments and NOC procedures.
* Client funds and transaction accounting.
* Trust/client account management.
* Cash flow forecasting and management reporting.
* Real estate conveyancing operations.
