**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ERP entries, banking transactions, VAT return filing, and monthly closing. The role also includes handling **Letter of Credit (LC) processes from the client side** and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations. **Key Responsibilities1. ERP Accounting & Financial Records** * Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP system * Pass **journal entries** (adjustments, accruals, corrections) * Ensure proper classification of all transactions * Keep ERP data updated and error-free **2. Bank & Payment Management** * Record all **bank transactions** in ERP * Perform **regular bank reconciliation** * Monitor incoming and outgoing payments * Coordinate fund transfers and payment processing **3. VAT Compliance & Filing** * Prepare and file **VAT returns** as per UAE regulations * Ensure proper VAT treatment in all transactions * Reconcile VAT reports with accounting records * Maintain VAT documentation for audit purposes **4. LC (Letter of Credit) – Client Side Handling** * Manage and track **LC transactions from customer side** * Coordinate with customers and banks for: * LC issuance * Document follow-up * Payment tracking * Maintain proper LC documentation * Ensure timely realization of funds **5. Reconciliation & Controls** * Reconcile: * Bank accounts * Customer balances * Supplier balances * Identify and resolve discrepancies * Maintain supporting documents **6. Month-End Closing** * Ensure all entries are updated before closing * Perform **monthly closing in ERP** * Generate: * Trial Balance * Basic financial reports * Support management with accurate data **7. Compliance & Documentation** * Maintain audit-ready financial records * Ensure proper filing and documentation * Assist during internal/external audits ❌ **Scope Excluded** * Sales invoice creation(We have another person for doing this) * Purchase Order to Purchase Entry creation(We have another person for doing this) * Credit Note and Debit Note creation(We have another person for doing this) * Sales quote and Proforma Creation (We have another person for doing this) **Key Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance * 3–6 years experience * Strong ERP knowledge (Tally / Zoho / SAP etc.) * Good knowledge of: * Bank reconciliation * VAT filing (UAE) * Journal entries & closing * Basic LC process * Strong attention to detail **Preferred Skills** * UAE VAT practical experience (must be hands-on) * Good Excel skills * Strong follow-up and coordination ability **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Practical, hands-on accountant * Strong in **ERP + reconciliation + VAT + closing** * Basic understanding of **LC and banking coordination** * Reliable and organized Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
