Accounts Executive

**Accountant – Luxury Transportation / Luxury Car Industry | Dubai, UAE** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience within the **luxury transportation, limousine, luxury car rental, or chauffeur services industry in the UAE** and a strong understanding of UAE financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. * Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports. * Handle invoicing, collections, and payment processing. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns. * Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit processes. * Maintain payroll records and other finance-related documentation. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ✔ Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. ✔ **Mandatory experience in the luxury car rental, limousine, chauffeur service, or luxury transportation industry.** ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices. ✔ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. ✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
