Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive **Location:** Alqaro Asphalt Industries,Dubai Industrial City, Dubai **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and general accounting functions, along with proficiency in accounting software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **bank reconciliations** on a regular basis * Manage **accounts payable**, including invoice verification and processing * Prepare and record **journal entries** * Handle **petty cash management** and tracking * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation * Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience * Strong knowledge of **accounts payable and reconciliations** * Proficiency in **Tally** and **Focus 9** * Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in handling high-volume transactions * Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools **Salary Range:** AED 5,000 – 8,000 Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
