Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accountant to post financial transactions, handle end-to-end book keeping, prepare reports, and reconcile AP/AR with banking management. Accountant responsibilities include managing financial documents and following procedures, reconciling bank statements, and coordinating with multiple teams. To be successful in this role, you should have previous UAE experience with accounting and a flair for perfection in your work. **Responsibilities** * Manage all accounting transactions including preparation of invoices, posting, and tracking in accounting system * Cross-team communication with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth transaction flow * Prepare commercial invoices, transactional and shipping documents * Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings * Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable * Ensure timely bank payments and petty cash * Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements * Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary * Office Administration **Requirements** * Minimum 2-4 Years of UAE Work experience in an Freight Forwarding. * Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables * Experience with general ledger functions * Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills * B.Com in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * account: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
