Accounts Executive

We are looking for a **detail-oriented Accountant** with **minimum 5 years of experience**, preferably within a **UAE Free Zone environment**, to manage and oversee our financial operations in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. **Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance** * Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems * Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial activities * Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash efficiently * Handle online banking transactions and coordinate with banks * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Provide financial reports and insights to support management decision-making * Track expenses and implement effective cost control measures * Analyze financial data and recommend improvements for better financial performance * Coordinate with banks and fulfill all banking requirements (documentation, compliance, etc.) **Audit & Compliance** * Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes * Provide required financial documents and reports for audits * Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies * Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum **5 years of accounting experience**, with **experience in UAE Free Zones (preferred)** * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance * Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems) * Good understanding of banking processes in the UAE * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and accuracy **Location** * SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
