Accounts & Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands on **Accounts & Finance Manager** with a strong accounting and finance background who can build, structure, and lead the entire finance function from the ground up. We need someone capable of creating systems, policies, controls, reporting structures, and financial processes from scratch while supporting a fast growing leasing and business operations environment. The ideal candidate should be a **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with strong experience in **Internal Audit, Financial Controls, Process Design, and Finance Transformation**. The candidate should have the mindset of a builder, operator, and controller, capable of setting up finance functions that scale. **Finance Setup & Transformation** * Build and establish the accounting and finance framework from scratch * Design and implement finance workflows, approval systems, SOPs, and controls * Set up financial structures capable of supporting growth and multiple business entities * Create scalable finance and reporting systems * Identify inefficiencies and improve financial processes **Accounting & Financial Management** * Lead complete accounting operations and ensure accurate books of accounts * Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and month end closing * Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning * Prepare management reports, P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and financial dashboards * Monitor profitability across multiple business units and locations **Internal Audit & Financial Controls** * Build and strengthen internal audit mechanisms * Establish internal financial controls and approval matrices * Develop systems to prevent leakages, fraud, duplication, and operational risks * Conduct periodic audits and compliance reviews * Monitor process adherence and recommend corrective actions **Leasing & Business Operations Finance** * Oversee finance functions related to leasing operations and recurring revenue models * Monitor rental collections, contract billing, payment schedules, renewals, and revenue tracking * Develop systems to track occupancy, revenue utilization, and business performance * Support management in financial decision making and expansion plans **Taxation, Compliance & Governance** * Ensure VAT compliance and regulatory adherence * Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants * Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and financial regulations * Lead annual audits and statutory reporting **Leadership & Strategy** * Build and mentor accounting teams * Work closely with senior management on strategic planning * Drive financial discipline and operational excellence * Support expansion initiatives and investment decisions **Required Qualifications** * Mandatory: Qualified **CA (Chartered Accountant)** * Minimum **5-10 years** of experience in Accounting and Finance * Strong experience in **Internal Audit** is mandatory * Proven experience setting up accounting and finance structures from scratch * Strong expertise in financial controls and process implementation * Experience handling multiple entities or business units preferred * Advanced understanding of financial reporting and cash flow management * Experience in leasing, real estate, business centers, commercial operations, or recurring revenue businesses preferred Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
