Accounts Manager

**Summary:** The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and reporting of the company. This includes managing the accounting team, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting business strategy through financial insights. The role is vital in monitoring cash flows, cost control, budgeting, and facilitating investment decisions. Must have Knowledge of property management accounting and project accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. * Prepare and present **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in compliance with **IFRS** and UAE regulatory requirements. * Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors. * Ensure VAT compliance, timely submission of returns, and handle any tax-related queries. * Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and ensure timely and accurate reporting. * Prepare cash flow projections, manage working capital, and monitor collections from clients. * Maintain and reconcile **RERA trust accounts (escrow accounts)** as per UAE real estate regulations.· Maintain banking relationships and manage financing documentation and facilities. * Review and approve payments to contractors, vendors, and suppliers. * Support due diligence and feasibility analysis for new developments or investments. * Keep up-to-date with financial regulations, trends, and practices specific to the UAE and real estate sector. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred). * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate or construction industry in the UAE. * Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, IFRS, VAT regulations, and real estate-specific financial processes. * Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to work on prestigious **real estate development projects in the UAE**. * Exposure to **regulatory compliance, financial strategy, and project funding**. * Growth-oriented environment with a focus on innovation and integrity.
