Accounts Manager

**Job Title:** Chartered Accountant **Experience Required:** 10–15+ Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership, with a proven track record of handling complex accounting functions in a dynamic business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department * Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements * Lead budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance * Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations * Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies * Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance * Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders * Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making **Qualifications & Skills:** * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory * 10–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance * Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * High level of integrity and attention to detail * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Attributes:** * Experience in managing large-scale financial operations * Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a leadership role * Collaborative and professional work environment * Career growth and development opportunities
