Accounts Manager (Senior Accountant) – Construction Company – Dubai, UAE

**Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Accountant** to join our growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function and managing all financial operations of the company. This role will serve as the **Accounts Manager** and will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. * Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities. * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and accounting standards. * Supervise and support the accounting team. * Prepare management reports and financial analyses for senior management. * Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability for construction projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a construction company in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). * Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. * UAE Driving License is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in construction project accounting. * Experience with ERP systems. * Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
