We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Admin Cum Accountant** with experience in handling administrative operations and accounting processes within a **Dubai Freezone** environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day office and financial tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative and office operations
* Handle invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking
* Maintain accounting records and financial documentation
* Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence
* Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and government portals
* Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and office files
* Support management with operational and accounting tasks
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in Administration & Accounting in UAE
* Freezone company experience is mandatory
* Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
* Experience with ERP systems/Odoo is preferred
* Proficient in MS Office, especially **Excel**
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Automotive industry: 1 year (Required)
* admin and accountant: 2 years (Required)
