We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Admin Cum Accounts Assistant** to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.
**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties**
* Manage daily office operations and coordination
* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and project documents
* Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
* Monitor office supplies and procurement
**Accounts & Finance Support**
* Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes
* Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable
* Handle petty cash and expense tracking
* Support VAT documentation and basic compliance
* Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliation
* Coordinate with accountant/auditor when required
**Project & Operations Support**
* Follow up on ongoing projects and client payments
* Maintain job costing records (material, labor, overhead)
* Support estimation team with documentation
* Track purchase orders and supplier invoices
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 22 months
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
