Advertising Sales Manager (Dubai-Based)
We’re looking for a driven, well-connected, and results-oriented Advertising Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. If you know how to open doors, close deals, and build long-term client relationships — this role is for you.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating revenue through advertising sales across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and broadcast. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both media and business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new advertising clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
Develop customized advertising proposals and media plans
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Tools & Software You Should Be Comfortable With:
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
Presentation: PowerPoint / Google Slides
Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
Communication & Outreach: LinkedIn, email marketing tools
Proposal & Documentation: Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or business development
Strong network in Dubai (brands, agencies, or both)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with high-budget campaigns
Understand multi-platform media (TV, digital, outdoor, etc.)
Speak multiple languages (English + Persian/Arabic is a plus)
