We are seeking an AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that enhance business processes and enable intelligent decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in machine learning models, data processing, and AI integration into applications. ***Your mission if you accept it ...*** * Design, develop, and deploy **machine learning and AI models** for real-world applications * Build and implement **AI agents** capable of performing task automation, reasoning, and decision-making * Work with large datasets for **data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training** * Build and optimize **predictive and classification models** * Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications * Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams * Analyze model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency * Develop APIs or services to expose AI capabilities to applications * Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights * Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions * Stay updated with latest AI/ML research and technologies ***Our stack*** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field * **2–3 years of experience** in AI/ML development * Strong knowledge of **Python** and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) * Experience in **building and deploying AI agents or agent-based systems** * Experience with **data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation** * Good understanding of **machine learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised learning)** * Experience working with **REST APIs and model deployment** * Good knowledge of **SQL and data handling** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
