AI Solution Manager

**Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. * Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. * Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications. * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. * Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process. * Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders. * Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities. **Requirements** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. * Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools. * Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments. * Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. * Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. * Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
