AI Video Producer

The ideal candidate is a hands-on video producer who lives at the intersection of traditional editing craft and cutting-edge AI video tools. You'll be part of an AI-powered creative agency serving clients across Iraq and the MENA region — producing client-ready cinematic videos at speed, combining Adobe Premiere and After Effects skills with Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, and Runway to deliver work that competes with international studios.You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple video projects from concept to final delivery while keeping pace with daily AI tool advances.Responsibilities• Produce cinematic video content for client campaigns end-to-end• Operate AI video generation tools (Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway) at expert level• Write professional, results-oriented prompts that consistently produce broadcast-quality output• Edit and assemble video using Adobe Premiere and After Effects• Build motion graphics, color grading, and sound design layers• Maintain a daily trend-tracking practice across video and design platforms• Hit fast turnaround times without sacrificing polishQualifications• 3+ years of hands-on video production experience• Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects• Strong working experience with AI video tools (Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway)• Ability to write professional, high-conversion prompts for AI video generation• Solid motion graphics skills• Basic working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender• Color grading skills• Sound design fundamentals• Strong portfolio of high-quality professional video work• Daily awareness of video and design trends• Production speed without compromising on qualityNice to Have• Experience producing for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)• DaVinci Resolve color grading experience• Live-action direction or on-set shooting experience• Strong knowledge of vertical-format video best practices
