Application Engineer (HVAC)

**Experience:** Shall have 3-5 years of experience in AC equipment sales & technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Technical support: Provide timely and quick technical sales support to customers, our sales team, and internal stakeholders on AC equipment applications, selections and design. 2. Sales support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and provide technical input for sales proposals and presentations. 3. Product application: Ensure the effective application of AC equipment, including selection, sizing, configuration, optimization and complying with design data. 4. Customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions to meet those needs. **Others:** Shall be able to independently prepare and submit engineering proposals, prepare estimates, quotations, and follow up with the clients. Strong understanding of HVAC system, various types of AC equipment, including technical selections, design, installation, and operation. Should have proven experience with a focus on application engineering and having a sales background would be an added advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and consultants. Shall have very good knowledge and be proficient in using HAP software, well versed in ACAD, MS office suite, shall be able to prepare quotations, BOQ, equipment summary, cost estimate sheets, line diagrams in ACAD, proposals, technical presentations. Shall be able to independently carry out and optimize the technical selections of chilled water, DX, VRF AC equipment, carry out ESP calculations, pump head calculations, shall be able to use duct and pipe sizing software, and AC equipment selections software.
