### **General Information** Ref # 2600008F Location Qatar-Doha Job family Corporate & Commercial * Closing Date: 2026-06-25 ### **Description** **About the role:** The **Application Support Engineer** is responsible to provide advanced level development and support for our enterprise software applications. The role requires working independently on development, enhancement and automation projects, serving as the Level 2/3 technical escalation point. Main duties include but not limited to: * Provide technical and functional support for E-Business Suite modules (GL, AP, FA, AP, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory and Purchasing). * Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements, Integrations and customizations. * Design and build low-code web application with Oracle Apex. * Ensure data integrity and security for enterprise applications. * Executing incident and change management protocols to ensure application stability. * Perform other department duties or projects related to Employee’s position as directed by the IT Management. ### **Qualification** **The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. * 8+ years of IT experience. * PL/SQL, Alerts and Workflow development (personalization and extensions). * Experience using Oracle EBS open interface APIs and Oracle Forms & Report Developer. * OA Framework development, Experience with XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions. * Building WEB ADI Integrator applications, Oracle workflow integration and AME highly desired. * Core APEX framework & low coding skills highly desired. https://aa115.taleo.net/careersection/QA\_External\_CS/jobapply.ftl?lang=en&job=2600008F
