Architect

**Job Summary:** * The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the development of building projects to ensure they meet client requirements, functional needs, aesthetic standards, safety regulations, and applicable building codes. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings. * Prepare schematic designs, design development documents, and construction documentation. * Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate all building systems. * Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. * Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints. * Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications. * Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent. * Resolve design-related issues and provide technical support during construction. * Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders. * Coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits. * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation. * Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. * Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new building technologies.
