Architect

Design & Planning * Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed fit-out designs. * Develop space planning layouts and design presentations. * Prepare mood boards, material selections, and finish schedules. * Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes. * Coordinate design requirements with clients and consultants. Technical Drawings * Prepare detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, and construction drawings. * Develop joinery details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, and elevations. * Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP), sections, and architectural details. * Review and revise drawings based on consultant comments. Project Coordination * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams. * Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections. * Verify site measurements before production and execution. * Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution. Material & Procurement Support * Assist in material selection and specification. * Coordinate with suppliers for material approvals and samples. * Review material submittals and mock-ups. * Ensure selected materials meet project requirements and budget. Authority Approvals * Prepare and submit drawings for authority approvals. * Coordinate with authorities such as: * Dubai Municipality (DM) * Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) * DEWA * DIEZ * JAFZA * Mall Management Authorities * Address comments and obtain final approvals.
