Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent certificate (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). 2. Strong foundation in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling techniques. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software. 4. Creative mindset with strong spatial awareness and an eye for visual detail. 5. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment. 7. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards and submission procedures is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Assist in the development of architectural designs, including both interior and exterior elements. 2. Produce accurate 2D blueprints and 3D visualizations and apply revisions when needed. 3. Support in reviewing design documentation before tender submission. 4. Contribute to cost and time planning, ensuring adherence to project budgets and schedules. 5. Participate in site visits and surveys to assess design viability and gather field insights. 6. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design quality and functionality. 7.
