We are seeking a highly experienced Architect Engineer with expertise in architectural design and design review. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to architectural projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical expertise. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and contribute to the architectural design process for assigned projects. * Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. * Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements. * Provide constructive feedback to project teams to enhance design quality. * Offer technical guidance and expertise in architectural design, materials, and construction methodologies. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate innovative solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs. * Liaise with external consultants and contractors as needed. * Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in architectural design and execution. * Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to design specifications. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design files, specifications, and progress reports. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all architectural documentation. * Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. * Assist in the preparation and submission of architectural permit applications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and design review. * Professional licensure or certification is highly desirable. * Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
