**Job Title:** Architect / Interior Designer (1-3 Years Exp.) for Fit-Out / Interior Design Company **Job Type:** Full-time **About Us** We are a dynamic, collaborative team specializing in [Commercial / Residential / Retail / Hospitality] interiors. We handle projects from initial design concepts all the way through turnkey execution. We are looking for a talented Architect or Interior Designer who understands how to turn beautiful concepts into practical, buildable realities. **What You’ll Do** * **Design & Conceptualization:** Develop space plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards that align with client requirements and budgets. * **Fit-Out Documentation:** Prepare comprehensive IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing packages, including detailed joinery/millwork, MEP layouts, and material schedules. * **Material Sourcing:** Select and specify finishes, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and lighting suitable for commercial or residential builds. * **On-Site Coordination:** Work closely with our in-house project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site conditions and ensure design intent is met. * **Client Interaction:** Present design pitches to clients and manage revisions smoothly. **What We’re Looking For** * **Education:** Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. * **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience, specifically within an interior -design or fit-out/contracting firm. * **Software:** High proficiency in [AutoCAD / Revit], 3D rendering tools ([SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, or V-Ray]), and Photoshop. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of fit-out construction details, joinery construction, material costs, and local building codes.
