Architect Engineer

**Job Title: Interior / Exterior Design Engineer (Consultant Office – Abu Dhabi)** We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior / Exterior Design Engineer to join our consultant office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and familiarity with UAE regulations, and must be available for immediate joining. **Key Requirements:** * Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in interior and exterior design, preferably within consultancy or design offices * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field * Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and approval processes (e.g., ADM, DMT) * Experience in preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and specifications * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP) * Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills **Responsibilities:** * Develop creative interior and exterior design concepts in line with client requirements * Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and material selections * Coordinate design development with project stakeholders and technical teams * Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority requirements * Review contractor shop drawings and material submissions * Support project delivery from concept through to construction stages **Additional Requirements:** * Must be currently available in the UAE * Ready to join immediately or within short notice Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
