Architect

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Architect** with a background in healthcare projects. The ideal candidate should have at least **2–3 years of experience in the IN YOUR COUNTRY**, with knowledge in **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** and **local building rules and regulations**. This role is suitable for a fresh or early-career architect who is eager to grow and contribute to healthcare facility planning and design. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the design and planning of **healthcare facilities** (clinics, hospitals, medical centers) * Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations * Support in the preparation of **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** and cost estimates * Ensure designs comply with **building codes, healthcare standards, and regulations** * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams * Review and revise drawings based on project requirements * Assist in site inspections and project documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture * **2–3 years experience** in healthcare-related projects (Philippines-based experience preferred) * Knowledge in **BOQ preparation and cost estimation** * Familiarity with **Philippine building codes and healthcare regulations** * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software * Good communication and teamwork skills.
