Architect (UAE Experience Required)

**Job Title: Architect (UAE Experience Required)** **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Architect** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design, technical, and project coordination skills, along with solid experience working on projects within the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings * Prepare and review design proposals, plans, and specifications * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and standards * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation * Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction * Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)** from a recognized university (Mandatory) * **5 to 12 years of proven experience**, with **minimum of 5 years in UAE** * Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects * Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail * Experience with authority submissions (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.) **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply via Indeed/LinkedIn or send their CV to **[email protected]** with the subject line: *Application for Architect Position*.
