Architectural 3D Visualizer Company: Royal Crest Contracting LLC Location: Al Manama, Ajman, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4500 Visa will be provided. Job Overview Royal Crest Contracting LLC is looking for a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, AutoCAD drawings, and realistic architectural visualizations for residential, commercial, and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and experience in architectural visualization and rendering software. Key Responsibilities * Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders * Develop realistic architectural walkthrough animations * Prepare AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts * Convert 2D plans into detailed 3D visualizations * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams * Create presentation materials for client approvals * Work on villa, townhouse, commercial, and interior projects * Modify designs and renders as per management/client feedback * Maintain project timelines and deliverables Software Requirements Candidates should have experience in: * AutoCAD * 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender * V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion * Photoshop * Revit (preferred) * Unreal Engine / D5 Render (optional advantage) Requirements * Minimum 2–4 years of UAE or international experience * Strong portfolio of architectural renders and walkthroughs * Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and space planning * Ability to create realistic and modern visual presentations * Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural standards * Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Experience * Experience in luxury villas and high-end interiors * Experience in UAE construction or architectural industry * Knowledge of municipality drawing standards is an advantage Benefits * Visa provided * Professional growth opportunities * Creative working environment * Opportunity to work on premium projects Interested candidates may share their CV and portfolio.
