Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, be proficient in the latest drafting software, and have a keen eye for detail. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and high-quality architectural drawings and plans. Key Responsibilities: * **Prepare Detailed Architectural Drawings**: Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings based on the specifications provided by architects and engineers. * **CAD Proficiency**: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise drawings. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software is required. * **Site Surveys and Measurements**: Conduct site visits to gather measurements and ensure drawings accurately reflect existing conditions. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables. * **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all drawings and plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. * **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documents. * **Revisions and Updates**: Make necessary revisions to drawings as requested by architects or engineers and update existing plans to reflect changes. * **Coordination**: Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural drawings with other project components. Requirements: * **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of architectural drafting experience in the UAE. * **Education**: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. * **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software. * **Knowledge**: Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and standards. * **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
