Architectural Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)

**Technical Drafting:** Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings (floor plans, ceiling plans, and elevations) using software like AutoCAD and SketchUp. **Shop Drawings:** Create highly detailed, production-ready drawings specifically for interior fit-out and custom joinery. **Site Coordination:** Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and site engineers, often conducting site visits to verify measurements and ensure designs fit real-world spaces. **Documentation:** Prepare material schedules, and as-built drawings once projects are complete. **Education:** A diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or a closely related field. **Software Skills:** High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, alongside working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max. **Industry Knowledge:** A strong understanding of interior construction, building materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes. **Work Experience:** Minium 4 Years experiance in Interior Fit-out Industry.
