Architectural Draughtsman

**Job Title: Architectural Draftsman** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Nad Alshiba Engineering Consultants LLC **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 5–7 years of UAE experience working with engineering consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with local authority regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software * Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details as per project requirements * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency * Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authority regulations * Revise drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and project changes * Assist in the preparation of submission drawings and authority approval documentation * Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Architecture or relevant field * **5–7 years of experience in the UAE**, specifically working with engineering consultants * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an added advantage) * Good knowledge of local authority regulations and submission procedures in Dubai * Ability to interpret architectural designs and convert them into technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills** * Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects * Familiarity with BIM standards and processes * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines **Employment Type:** Full-time **Location:** Dubai, UAE **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may send their updated CV to **[email protected]** with the subject line **“Architectural Draughtsman – Application”**.
